The wide opening and ridges fit the filter and allow for a controlled pour and even spread through your coffee grounds. The ribs keep filters from sticking to the sides, while they assist the drawdown to the big hole for the speed-perfect extraction. Your coffee will come out with that unmistakable coffee aroma and rich, flavourful finish.
